When you register, you complete a detailed preferences survey covering your personality, lifestyle, values, age range, interests, and what you're looking for in a partner. We cross-reference your responses with all participants registered for the same event and curate your three highest-compatibility pairings. You receive your match details before the event.
That's perfectly okay — and more common than you'd think. Luvora events are incredible experiences in their own right. Many of our attendees return for multiple events and find their match on the second or third try. We also offer Romantic and Luminary members post-event feedback to help refine future pairings.
Event ticket prices cover all planned activities, meals, and group transportation outlined in the event description. Accommodation is either included (multi-day trips) or we provide a curated list of recommended nearby stays (single-day events). Full details are always provided on the event page before you register.
Our events are intentionally small and intimate — typically between 16 and 30 participants per batch, depending on the event format. This keeps the experience personal and ensures that our matching team can give every attendee thoughtful, curated pairings rather than a generic algorithm.
Full refunds are available up to 21 days before the event date. Between 7–21 days, a 50% credit toward a future event is issued. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to a friend. We understand life happens — contact our team and we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely not. Luvora is proudly inclusive and welcomes singles of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Our registration form allows you to specify your preferences fully, and our matching system is built to respect and reflect them. We run both mixed and orientation-specific events throughout the year.
